Moss Control
With the exception of 2012 Clearigate has been used yearly by BID since 2002. According to our product representative we are using Clearigate in the way which it was made for and has been approved by State and Federal Government.
Update: In 2019 we purchased an AVR bucket. This is an attachment to our Excavator that helps us safely rip out the growing pond weed, moss, and sand bars from the ditch without disturbing the natural seal on the ditch. No chemical has been used since we initiated use of this bucket and hope that it will continue being efficient in keeping these things from holding back the flow of the water so that we can continue without the use of the above mentioned Clearigate.
